We arrived late and the staff was super helpful, Felicia really helped us when we had issues with our room and switched us without hesitation. The room had great amenities, and the vibe was friendly, perfect for letting kids play safely.

It wasn't exactly cheap, but for what we got, it was still acceptable.

The kitchen in the studio suite helped me save on meals. I loved having all the channels I enjoy on the TV too. However, issues arose during my stay. The fire alarm went off multiple times, which became quite frustrating. The first occurrence was just after showering, and later at midnight, it went off again randomly. Additionally, the front desk staff struggled with the check-out process. the lady couldn’t print my receipt. When I checked in, my room wasn’t what I reserved. I was told a bigger room wasn't available and I’d be paying more than the amount booked online. The room cleanliness left much to be desired, with items left from previous guests in the bathroom.
